1 1/2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese (can use pre-shredded cheese)
1 1/2 cups Helman's Mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1/2 medium purple onion (grated or chopped fine)
1 pkg. English muffins (cut each half into 1/4s)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spread on English muffin halves and then cut into 1/4s.

Broil.....serve hot.
