2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the eggs yolks and milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar to the yolk mixture. Beat thoroughly with hand mixer. Add oil and mix until blended. Fold in egg whites. Cook on a hot waffle iron.
