6 pork chops (browned on each side)
1 can sliced carrots
1 medium onion (chopped)
Paprika
4 T. sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Placed drained carrots on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Then placed brown pork chops on top of the carrots.

Cover this layer with onions and douse with paprika. Add dollops of sour cream, then corn and top with crushed corn flakes. Dot with butter and cover with foil. Bake at 350º F for 45 minutes.
