1 lb. pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups sliced potatoes, uncooked
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat over to 350. Spray 1 1/2 qt. casserole with nostick cooking spray and set aside. Cook meat in large skillet over med. heat until brown and drain.
Stir together soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper in med bowl. Place 1/2 potatoes in botton of dish and top with 1/2 soup mixture and 1/2 sausage. Repeat layers ending with sausage on top. Dot with butter.
Cover dish with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours until potatoed are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake until bubbley and cheese is melted.
