1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat and chopped onion, browned
cheddar cheese, shredded
2 doz. tortillas
1 large can of Las Palmas Enchiladas Sauce
1 can of sliced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 325.
Put tortillas in a pan for a few seconds to heat and then take them out and put them on a paper towel. Put hamburger in pan. Sauce, olives, cheese, and roll up
Stick a tooth pick in it to keep it together. Make the rest and fill the pan. Pour the rest of the sauce and cheese over the enchiladas . Cover with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
