1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

Directions:
Arrange cabbage leaves in a 4-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with water. Cover and cook on high in the microwave 6-7 min. and set aside. In med. bowl combine egg, milk, onion and worcestershire sauce. Stir in beef and rice and mix thoroughly. Trim off thick parts of cabbage leaves so they can be rolled without tearing. Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture onto each trimmed leaf. Fold sides over meat mixture. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Arrange cabbage rolls seam side down in a 12 x 12 baking dish and set aside. In a small bowl combine soup, ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour over cabbage rolls. You can cook this in a mircowave (covered with plastic wrap) for 15-20 mins.. I cook mind in a 350 over for 45mins.. I also cook extra cabbage leaves so I can double wrap rolls that are to thin.
