1/2 cup blackberry preserves
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 cup Steen's Cane Syrup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c fresh blackberries ( can use frozen)

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well, Drizzle over grilled pork tenderloin, pork chops or ribs.
