Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

6 eggs yolks
1 C sugar
1/2 C boiling water
1 1/2 C cake flour
2 T baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 t lemon flavor

6 T brown sugar
6 T margarine
1 can crushed pineapple drained

In bottom of 9 x 13 pan place brown sugar and melted margarine, place pineapple on top.

Beat egg yolks, add sugar, water and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour of pineapple .

Bake 350 30 minutes

While still hot from over, turn onto baking sheet.
