1 C white raisins
1 3 oz. pkg citron
1 3 oz.pkg cherries
1 3 oz pkg pineapple
1 C coconut
1 C chopped pecans
2 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 C shortening
1 C sugar
3 eggs
1/2 C orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place fruit, nuts and coconut in large bowl, mix in flour, baking powder and salt.

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs add to fruit and flour ingredients. Mix well.

Put in greased angel food cake pan bake 1 hour 45 minutes at 350º
