7 peaches, peeled, cut in half, pitted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp. cold butter
prepared pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust. Blend sugar, flour and butter together. Put a
generous handful of crumb mixture on bottom of crust. Lay the
peaches cut side down on top of crumb mixture. Then finish off
by placing remaining crumb mixture on top of peaches. Bake at
325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
