Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use light)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 tsp. curry powder (adjust to taste)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pound fresh broccoli, in pieces
For Topping:
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup dried bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except broccoli and topping. Blanch broccoli
in a little water, covered in a microwave safe dish for 3-5
minutes. Drain and remove from dish. Grease a 7x11 or
9x13 inch pan with cooking spray and lay broccoli on bottom.
Cover with chicken mixture and spread evenly covering up
any exposed broccoli. Then place bread crumbs on top. Melt
butter and drizzle over crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350º for
45 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with prepared rice, salad
and bread. A great dish!
