1 lb. lean ground beef or 1 to 2 cans roast beef
1/2 of 1 large onion, chopped
1 28 oz. can chopped (recipe-ready) tomatoes
4 c. water
1 10 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
4 white rose potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 package dry Beef Stew seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions until no longer pink. Drain. Place into a large soup pot. Stir in all other ingredients. Let soup simmer, uncovered, stirring often, until potatoes are tender.
