2 # beef, cubed
1 1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
3 tbls. tapioca
1 can beef broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbls. parsley flakes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 potatoes, peeled, chunked
6 carrots, peeled, chunked
1/2 c. celery

Brown beef with onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Boil. Bake 350 for 90 min, or slow cook atop stove.
