2 pounds ground chuck
Quick cooking oats
1 medium onion
ketchup
cup milk
2 eggs
salt
pepper
brown sugar
mustard

Directions:
Directions:
2 pounds ground chuck
cup uncooked quick cooking oats
1 medium onion finely chopped
cup ketchup
cup milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper

Mix together into one large or two small loaves.

Place on a lightly greased pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Combine
cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons mustard

Spoon over meat loaf and bake 15 more minutes.
