1 pk Angel Food Cake Mix
5 T Powdered Sugar
1 ct Reduced-Fat Strawberry Yogurt
1 pk Instant Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding
3 dr Red Food Coloring
2 c Reduced-Fat Whipped Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Line 15x10 pan with waxed paper. Prepare cake as directed. Pour into pan. Bake 350 15 - 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Turn onto towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll cake. Cool.

Whisk yogurt, pudding mix and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Unroll cake spread over cake. Roll up. Cover and freeze. Remove 30 minutes before slicing.
