Combine:
8 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Add:
3 c. Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped fine
1 # cottage cheese, small curd
2 green chilies, diced canned

Directions:

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 min. Cut in squares for snacks.
