1`/2 cup sour milk (add 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice to sour) Stand 5 minutes.
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 ripe bananas
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Make sour milk. Cream salt, sugar, and butter. Add 2 eggs. Add baking soda to milk, then pour into mixture. Add mashed bananas & 2 cups flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves (grease lightly).
