4 1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 T. butter or margarine
2 T. baking powder
1 T. sugar
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make dough. Dust board with flour. Form a ball. Knead 10 times. Roll half into an 8" rectangle. Cut dough into 1 inch strips.
Cross ends of each strip to form a loop. Turn ends down to center of loop forming a pretzel shape.
Brush each pretzel with 1 beaten egg. Sprinkle salt. Bake 400º 20 min.
