2/3 c. red hots
1 c. hot water
1 small package lemon jello
1 1/4 c. sweet applesauce

1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
1/4 c. mayonaise (thin with cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt red hots in water. Add jello. Mike in applesauce. Set the mix.
Blend remaining ingredients and add to set jello in a small square pan.

Jeanie Ernst was a long time family friend. She hosted a baby shower before Rene' was born. Many holidays her reciepe was served with turkey or ham.
