10 3/4 Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup small bread crumbs ( I use Italian seasoned)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
generous dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix 1/2 cup tomato soup, ground beef, bread cubes, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape firmly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Blend remaining soup, 1/4 cup water, and 2 tbsp. drippings. Heat, stir often. Serve with loaf. Makes 4-6 servings.
