DOUGH:
2 cups warm water
2 pkgs active dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oleo (melted & cooled)
6-1/2 cups flour

FILLING:
1-1/2 poundsvgroud beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Dash of Tobasco (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. For dough, mix water, yeast, sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Add egg and melted margarine. Stir in flour. Place in refrigerator 4 hours. Then roll dough into oblong shape and cut into 16 squares. For filling, brown ground beef and onion. Drain off excess grease. Add cabbage, seasonings and water. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely, then divide mixture among the 16 squares of dough, putting it in center. Pull the four sides up and press edges together. Place on greased jelly roll pan, let rise for 15 minutes before baking 20 minutes.
