1 # pecans(about 4c) 1 egg white 1 T water 1 c sugar 3/4 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt
1. Combine egg white and water and beat until foamy. Coat nuts with this mixture. 2. Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Coat nuts with this mixture.Thoroughly grease a cookie sheet with butter. Spread nuts on cookie sheet. 3. Bake at 275º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Keeps well in airtight container for weeks.
