1/2 c light brown sugar 1/2 c flour
1/2 c butter 1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 egg
2 T light cream 1 tsp vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine brown sugar and flour. Mix well and cut in butter to make coarse crumbs. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture in bottom of crust.
2. Add peaches peeled and quartered. Combine sugar and nutmeg and sprinkle over peaches.
3. Beat eggs with cream and vanilla and pour over peaches. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
4. Bake at 400º for 40-45 min.
