Ingredients:  
1 c sugar 4 T cornstarch
2 T light Karo syrup 1 c water
pinch of salt 4 T apricots jello
8 med. peaches 1 baked pie crust
Cool Whip

Note: For raspberry or strawberry pie use appropriate flavor jello.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, syrup, water and salt. Cook until clear. Add jello and mix well. Cool.
2. Peel and slice peaches and add to cooled liquid.
3.Pour mixture into pie crust and chill until thickened.
Serve with cool whip.
