1 lb ground sirloin
1 small onion chopped
1 10 3/4 oz tomato soup undiluted
1 10oz can mild enchilada sauce
3 cup cheddar cheese,
sour cream
8 ( 7 or 8 inch) flour tortillas
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until browned. Drain. Stir soup and sauce into meat mixture. Spread 1/4 cup mixture on tortilla. Top with cheese, roll up tortilla and place seam side down in greased 13x9 inch pan. Continue until all tortillas are filled. Top with remaining cheese and meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 20 minutes. Bake for 5 more minutes uncovered. Top with sour cream and salsa. Serve
