1 c flour 1/2 c butter
1 T sugar 1 egg yolk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together sugar and flour and then cut in butter until crumbly. Add egg yolk and salt. Mix well.
2. Pat into bottom and sides of kuchen pan and fill and bake as desired.
