1 baked pie shell 2c water 2 c sugar 2 T cornstarch 1 lg strawberry jello Strawberries Whipped cream
1. Combine water and sugar and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch in sm. amt. water and add to sugar water. Boil until clear, about 1 min. Add jello. cool slightly. 2. Place whole berries (if very large, cut in half) in pie crust. Pour sugar liquid over berries. 3. Refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours. Decorate with whipped cream.
