1 frozen pkg. hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 8oz. sour cream, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 stick butter, 2 c. grated cheese, 1 sleeve Ritz crackers or crushed corn flakes, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into 9x13in. casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers over top, melt butter and drizzle over top. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
