6 oz spaghetti cooked and rinsed
2 T butter
1/3 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 C cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1/4 C chopped green pepper
1 8oz can diced tomatoes
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350
Stir butter into hot drained spaghetti, and add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti into crust in a buttered 10 pie plate.
In a skillet ; cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables re soft. Drain off fat; stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, garlic and salt and heat through.
Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust, add meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cook another 5 minutes or until cheese is m,melted.

*** I f you have some picky eaters that turn their nose up at Cottage Cheese, put it in a mini food chopper and cream it before using and they will never know what they are eating.
