Margaret's Peach Cake Recipe

1 c. margarine 1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt 1 egg
1 c sugar 1 c cream
2 eggs Peaches
May use any other fruit if desired.

1. Combine margarine, flour, salt and egg and mix like pastry dough. Press into the bottom of 9"x13" pan
or 2 coffeecake pans.
2. Place peeled sliced peaches into pan.
3. Combine custard ingredients and mix well. Pour over fruit.
4. Bake at 375 until fruit soft and custard is set.
(knife inserted into custard comes out clean)
