Combine and let set:
5 c, chicken, cooked & cubed
2 tbls. salad oil
2 tbls. orange juice
2 tbls. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Toss with:
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. small green grapes
1 1/2 c. celery. diced
1 13 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Hot summer evenings eating on the porch as the sun began to set... what a treat.
