1/2 c melted butter 1 c brown sugar 3 c corn flakes 1 c nuts, chopped 1 c flaked coconut 1 qt vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1. Stir butter and sugar together. Mix in nuts, corn flakes and coconut. Spread 2/3 of the mixture into a 8" square pan. Spread ice cream on top. 2. Sprinkle remaining corn flake mixture over ice cream and lightly press into ice cream. Freeze overnight. 3. Serve with either Hot Fudge or Butterscotch Sauce.
