8 0z macaroni
3 eggs beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grate
2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
2 oz Parmesan, grated
2 oz Monzzeralla grated

Butter a 13x9 inch baking pan.
Cook pasta according to directions, when it still slightly firm,remove from heat ,drain, rinse in cold water. Transfer to a large bowl

In a small bowl,combine eggs,milk nutmeg,and salt and pepper. Beat with a whisk until well blended, then stir the liquid into the pasta. Set aside 2 ounces of cheddar, then add all other ingredients to the pasta and stir gently.

Pour mixture in the pan, sprinkle remaining cheddar of mixture. Place in preheated oven 325 บบ.
baked for 30min. or until slightly brown
