2 cups baked sweet potatoe
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups evaporated milk
3/8 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbs rum
4 Tbs butter
1 pie

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Put mashed sweet potatoes eggs (well beaten),and evaporated milk , into food processor. Then combine remaining ingredient to potatoes and continue blending until smooth. Pour mixture in pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 and bake for about 50 minutes more or until the filling is firm
