2 heads of lettuce torn in bite size pieces
1 red onion thinly sliced
1 head cauliflower thinly sliced
2 cucumbers sliced
1 10oz pkg frozen petite peas(raw)
1 green pepper chopped
2 C mayonnaise
2 T sugar
8 oz shredded cheddar
8 slices of bacon fried crisp, drained and crumbled
8 oz shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer above ingredients in order listed. Spread mayo on top sealing all around edges. Sprinkle with sugar and then cheese. Sprinkle bacon last. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Toss just before serving.
