1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 C butter
2 green onions chopped/ or leeks
2 small shallots chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 8oz pkg sour cream
1 2lb bag Tater Tots
Cornflakes crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Melt butter and pour 1/4 cup into a bowl for cornflakes. To remaining butter add soup, sour cream, and chopped onions etc and mix well. Add 3/4 of the cheese and mix. Put tater toes in 9 x 12 dish. Pour mixture over taters tots and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Mix cornflakes with remaining butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. Can also bake at 425º for 20 to 25 minutes.
