4oz slivered or sliced almonds
1 bag coleslaw or broccoli slaw
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 pkg. chicken flavored ramen noodles
2-3 green onions sliced
1/2 c. sunflower or safflower oil (I use less)
1/3 c. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds in skillet with no oil or spray. Watch carefully, burns easily, stir often. In large bowl mix coleslaw, sunflower seeds, ramen noodles (not seasoning), and green onions. In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, and chicken flavoring. Pour into coleslaw, mix, chill then serve.

I have never been one to try coleslaw, but I'm glad I did this one. It is crunchy and flavorful. Hope you enjoy.
