1/2Cup Butter or Ghee
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Pinch of paprika
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice to top off two heads of garlic. Place on foil. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Tightly wrap in foil. Bake in the oven @ 350º until soft-about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Meanwhile, mix together all of the other ingredients. Mix together well. Add garlic when done. Mixture can be used now or refrigerated for later use. Spread mixture on sliced loaf of french bread. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350º until golden brown. When you remove from oven, sprinkle with more parmesan cheese.
