2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans Cream of chicken-Do not add water! 1 cup milk or chicken broth, 1 cup dry sherry or vermouth, 2 cup parmasian cheese, 1 cup sour cream, garlic powder, broccolli or asparagus or long sliced carrots, chicken cutlets.

Mix soups with milk or broth over heat, mix remaining ingredients except cheese, put veggies on bottom of baking dish, spread 1/2 cup cheese over veggies, put raw chicken cutlets on top of veggies & cover with sauce & rest of cheese & some garlic powder. Bake at 375-40 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta, spoon sauce over it!
