1/2 c. veg. oil
1/4 c chopped onion
2 T plus 2 t red wine vinegar
2 T plus 2 t sugar
1 1/2 t mustard
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t poppy seeds
8 c fresh spinach
2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
3 large bananas sliced
1/2 c slivered almonds,(toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the first six ingredients in a blender until sugar is dissolved. Add poppy seeds, process only until blended.
In a salad bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, bananas and slivered almonds. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
