1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage and drain. Chop. Beat eggs with milk, salt. and dry mustard. Layer bread crumbs, sausage and cheese in 9" x 13" baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
