1 cup Wheat Chex cereal crumbs
1/3 finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425º F.
Cover a baking sheet with the foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. On a plate or on waxed paper, combined the cereal crumbs and pecans. In a bowl, mix together the honey and soy sauce.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dip both sides of the chicken breast into the honey mixture; then roll in the pecan mixture to coat. Arrange the chicken on the pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is done. Serve.
