1 lb stew beef or hamburger cooked
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
1 4 oz can of mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 oz can of beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 pint sour cream
noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Brown your stew beef or hamburger
Add the garlic, onion, mushrooms, butter, flour, broth, tomato paste and heat
Remove from heat
Add the sour cream
Serve over noodles or mix with noodles
