3 jalapeņo peppers
4 bell peppers
1 c. white vinegar
1 box CertoŠ Liquid Pectin
5 c. sugar

Directions: Run peppers through food grinder. Boil sugar, vinegar, and ground peppers slowly for 10 minutes. Add pectin and boil 1 more minute. Pour into sterile jars. Process for 5 minutes.

Store muffins, biscuits and scones in an airtight container at room temperature. (If made with cheese, cream cheese or other perishable foods, they should be stored in the refrigerator.)
