2 chorizo
piece of cooking ham
2 cans northern beans
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1 small green pepper split into three pieces
1 bay leaf
4 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 package of Sason
Vigo yellow food coloring
2 cans of water
2 or 3 tbsp of olive oil

Place olive oil in bottom of pot, slice chorizos, dice ham, chop onion, garlic and green pepper. Saute these together on medium high heat. Put in beans, bay leaf, potatoes, sason, water, yellow food coloring. Bring it all to a boil. As soon as it is boiling, lower the heat to low. Let cook for about 45 minutes to one hour or as soon as the potatoes are ready. Watch it every so often so that it doesn't get too thick. If you want it thinner, put more water.
