2 large Granny Smith apples peeled, cored and quartered.
1 pkg (8) crescent rolls
1 C. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 C. water, heated
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roll apples in triangle crescent rolls so rolls are completely surrounding the apples. There will be 8 dumplings total. Dissolve sugar in the hot water and melted margarine. Place apple dumplings in deep 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Pour liquid over dumplings. Bake 350º for 45 minutes
