1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together then add to the wet ingredients and mix by hand. Add 3 cups of chopped apples. Optional: 1 cup pecans may be added. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1 package butterscotch morsels across top. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Chop the apples and cover with water to keep apples moist. This also helps to moisten the cake because as you put the apples over into the mixture a little water gets added to the mixture.
