1 box butter pecan cake mix
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can coconut pecan frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except the frosting. Beat 2 minutes. Add frosting to batter and beat 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased medium loaf pans, 6 mini loaf pans or a bundt or tube pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes to one hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely. Be careful when turning out, be sure to loosen the sides and tap the pan bottoms.
