4-6 boneless/skinless chicken breast
2c instant rice
4 slices bacon
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
salt, pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 slices of uncooked bacon in bottom of 13x9 greased pan. Pour rice evenly over bacon. Season rice with pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix soup with 1 can water, pour 3/4 of soup over rice. Place chicken on top of rice. Season chicken with salt,pepper , oregano and garlic powder to taste. Pour remainder of soup over chicken. Cover with foil, place in cold oven and heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.

Placing this dish in a cold oven allows the bacon to cook while oven is heating. Use oregano to your taste. If rice looks dry you may add more water, you want to to be wet but not soupy.
