I Romaine Heart
large bunch of Arugula
Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1 lemon
Olive Oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toss chopped Romaine and Arugula into Bowl
Add chopped Kalamata olives
Add shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano
Squeeze juice from one lemon onto salad
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Season with Salt and Pepper
